Primary deliverables

Lead the design and development of the end-to-end digital onboarding and full life cycle customer journeys
for Life & Health insurance products.
Develop the overall strategy, focussing on product roadmaps to create innovative products and features.
Ensure an innovative approach to Life & Health insurance products to provide solutions across multiple customer demographics and distribution channels.
Lead discussions with all stakeholders on every aspect of the Life & Health business.
Leverage vast network and collaborate with the business development team to explore new business opportunities.
Ensure successful implementation project delivery for all new Life & Health customers.

Leadership responsibility

Recruit, lead, mentor and develop a team of project managers, business analysts and product experts
in realising the Life & Health strategy.
Develop the team to realise their individual potential and contribution to the overall success of the company.
Support the team’s contributions to Entsia best practices.
